Connect & Book
From there, we’ll connect to talk through your vision, answer any questions, and make sure we’re the right fit. Once you’ve chosen your collection, your signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date.
STEP 03
Plan & Create
Once you’re officially booked, you’ll receive my welcome guide and questionnaire so we can start planning all the details. We’ll work together on everything from location and wardrobe to the overall feel of your session. When the day arrives, I’ll guide you when needed while giving the real moments plenty of room to unfold.
STEP 04
Your Gallery
After your session, I’ll carefully select and hand-edit your images in my signature warm, timeless style. Your final photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery, ready to download, share, print, and keep.

My approach to engagement photography is intentional, natural, and slightly editorial. I’ll give you direction when you need it while still leaving room for genuine interaction and the moments that happen naturally between the two of you. The goal is a gallery that feels elevated and beautifully composed without feeling overly posed or unlike you.
2. HOW LONG DOES AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION LAST?
Engagement sessions range from 60 minutes to two hours depending on the collection you choose. If you’re looking for multiple outfits or locations, I recommend choosing one of the longer collections so we have plenty of time without feeling rushed.
3. HOW DO WE CHOOSE A LOCATION FOR OUR ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS?
You don’t have to have a location figured out before reaching out. I’ll help you choose a setting that fits the look you’re drawn to, whether that means an estate or garden, historic architecture, a downtown setting, or somewhere that already has meaning to the two of you. I photograph engagement sessions throughout Pennsylvania and can help with location recommendations during the planning process.
4. WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Once you’re booked, I’ll help you plan outfits that photograph beautifully and complement both your location and the overall look you want for your gallery. I generally recommend coordinating rather than perfectly matching and choosing pieces that feel elevated while still feeling like you. Collections with additional time also allow for multiple outfits if you want more variety.
5. DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS ON BOTH DIGITAL AND 35MM FILM?
Yes! My engagement sessions are photographed primarily on digital, with 35mm film available for couples who love the character and nostalgia of film. My Heirloom Collection includes one roll of 35mm film alongside your digital coverage.
6. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS THROUGHOUT PENNSYLVANIA AND BEYOND?
Absolutely. I photograph engagement sessions throughout Pennsylvania, including Lancaster, Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, Berks County, and surrounding areas. If you have a location in mind outside of these areas, reach out — I’m always happy to discuss travel and destination sessions.
7. HOW DO WE BOOK OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Start by filling out my inquiry form with a little about the two of you and what you’re envisioning for your session. From there, we’ll choose the collection that best fits what you’re looking for and find a date that works. Your session is officially reserved once your contract is signed and retainer is paid.
8. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS?
Your complete engagement gallery will be delivered through a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session. Signature and Heirloom Collections also include sneak peeks within 72 hours, so you’ll have a few favorites to enjoy while I finish your full gallery.
