I’ve always been the person who wants to hold onto things. The photographs from a trip, an ordinary night with people I love, the little moments that probably didn’t feel important when they were happening. Photography became a way for me to keep those pieces of life from passing quite so quickly.
What started as something I simply loved grew into wanting to create that for other people. I fell in love with photographing people as they actually are together — the way someone looks at the person they love when they aren’t thinking about the camera, the laughter between the photos you planned for, and all of the small things happening around you that are easy to miss in the moment.
That’s especially what draws me to weddings and couples. There’s so much happening at once, and I love finding the balance between documenting it honestly and creating photographs that feel intentional and beautiful. I shoot digitally and on 35mm film, and I’m drawn to images that feel timeless without feeling overly perfect or staged.
When you’re in front of my camera, I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I don’t want your photos to feel like a performance. I want you to recognize yourselves in them. Years from now, I want you to look back and remember more than what everything looked like. I want you to remember what it felt like to be there.

My Style
My work sits somewhere between documentary and editorial. I’m drawn to images that feel natural but still considered — strong composition, good light, movement, and the moments that happen without being planned.
I don’t believe everything needs to be candid, and I don’t believe everything needs to be posed. I’ll give direction when it’s needed and step back when it isn’t. The goal is a gallery with variety: portraits that feel polished, photographs with movement and personality, quiet details, and the unscripted moments happening around them.
My editing is true to life with natural skin tones, rich color, and a subtle warmth. I want the final photographs to feel refined without looking heavily edited or tied to a specific trend.
I also photograph on both digital and 35mm film. Film adds a different texture and character to a gallery while digital gives me the flexibility to document everything as it unfolds. I like the contrast between the two and the way they work together within the same story.
